THIS IS RED and director Jeff O’Brien Myers have helped Neural DSP transform music technology into animated worlds. From Amp Armory and Cortex Control to Mantra and Neural Capture 2, each project combines storytelling, character design, 2D and 3D animation, motion design, visual effects and sound to turn products into experiences. Inside THIS IS RED’s collaboration with DPA Microphones, musicians were recorded throughout our 100-year-old Pittsburgh cathedral to explore how microphone placement, natural acoustics and immersive audio can make architecture part of a performance. At Philharmonie Luxembourg, Dolby, Mercedes-Benz, and the Luxembourg Philharmonic unite in an immersive experience where orchestral music is transformed through Dolby Atmos and extended by THIS IS RED’s animated visual worlds.
